Lisa Hansel

lisa_hanselLisa stepped into her first yoga class in 2000, and immediately became hooked. Having studied dance, she was drawn to the physical aspects of the practice. It took her several years of yoga practice and some unforeseen life challenges, however, to fully understand yoga’s true purpose. Through the integration of breath and movement, Lisa offers space for others to develop inner-strength, self-awareness and focus. Lisa completed her 500-hour RYT advanced training with Live Love Teach in 2016, and her 200-hour RYT certification with Thames Street Yoga in 2013.
