Michaela Carnevale

Michaela Carnevale

Michaela CarnevaleIn 2016, I completed my 200-hour RYT certification with Live Love Teach while simultaneously finishing my studies in Kinesiology at the University of Rhode Island. The physical aspect of yoga sparked my interest in the practice, however my practice and teaching has evolved into much more. I can only teach what I know, and what works for me. My hope is that my classes create a space where we can mindfully move our bodies and notice what occurs, whether it is physical, mental, or emotional. The space created is not limited to the four walls in the studio; rather it is a tool we have to bring with us everywhere.
