Christina took her first yoga class five years ago at Newport Power Yoga and instantly fell in love with the practice. She received her 200 hour certification in 2017 from Live Love Teach with Philip Urso and Renee Deslauriers. Christina teaches her classes synchronizing breath and movement. Her intention is to offer a class for individuals of all backgrounds and abilities to meet themselves where they are on their mats. Christina is also in process of becoming a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and hopes to incorporate yoga and bodywork in her future work as a counselor.
Carolyn began practicing yoga in 2005 during high school and continued to use yoga as an important part of her spiritual growth throughout her adult life. After graduating from the University of Rhode Island with a B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics, Carolyn completed her 200-hour RYT certification with Live Love Teach in 2017. Carolyn is also a Holistic Wellness Coach and hopes to share the beauty and joy of yoga with others through her classes.
DI have been a certified yoga teacher and regular practitioner since 2006. On New Year’s Day 2015, I experienced my first Live Love Teach class and completed my 200-hour RYT with LLT in 2016.
Andrea received her RYT-200 certification through Live Love Teach. She loves practicing, teaching and exploring all the ways that yoga shows up in her life on and off the mat. A competitive athlete, Andrea has found yoga to be an integral part in her training, and has grown to appreciate how a consistent yoga practice has encouraged mindfulness in all areas of her life. Through teaching, Andrea’s intention is to help students by offering a class that connects the mind, body, and spirit through awareness of breath and movement.
Eve’s yoga practice began in 2003, during her early teenage years. As such, she grew into adulthood with yoga as a constant anchor, which had a profound and positive impact on her life. Teaching and sharing the joy of yoga with others is a natural next step in her yoga journey. She received her 200-hr yoga teacher training from Live-Love-Teach, under the guidance of Philip Urso and Renee Deslauriers, in 2017. Eve’s goal as a teacher is to facilitate her students’ mind-body-spirit connection through a class of mindful breathing and flowing poses.
In 2016, I completed my 200-hour RYT certification with Live Love Teach while simultaneously finishing my studies in Kinesiology at the University of Rhode Island. The physical aspect of yoga sparked my interest in the practice, however my practice and teaching has evolved into much more. I can only teach what I know, and what works for me. My hope is that my classes create a space where we can mindfully move our bodies and notice what occurs, whether it is physical, mental, or emotional. The space created is not limited to the four walls in the studio; rather it is a tool we have to bring with us everywhere.
Bruce is a lover of life. He views his yoga practice and teaching as a way to enhance every aspect of his life. When he is not teaching he his a health care attorney in RI. He completed his 200 hour Live Love Teach program in 2014.
I received my 200 hour RYT certification through Live Love Teach yoga school. I continue to learn from and be inspired by my teachers both on and off the mat. My desire is to present a practice that serves students long after they have exited the studio.
Mary Beth Dziedzic, LICSW, RYT-200 discovered yoga back in 2002 and has been a devoted student ever since, practicing and studying various styles along the way, including Baptiste, Bikram and Yin. She deeply believes in the healing powers of yoga and its ability to transform lives, one breath at a time. Mary Beth completed her 200-hour certification in 2014 with Live Love Teach and loves sharing the gift of yoga with others. Off the mat, Mary Beth juggles parenthood, a private psychotherapy practice, another small business and all the goodness in between!
Masha began practicing yoga in 2008. She eventually studied with Baron Baptiste and then went on to earn her 500 hour certification with Live Love Teach in 2016. Specializing in hips and alignment, Masha finds strength and tranquility in the practice and works to help beginners while challenging experienced yogis.
